WAYNE, NJ — The Wayne Board of Education will memorialize a beloved employee with an annual scholarship, after she recently died from complications of the coronavirus.
Suzanne Koransky, 62, worked in the public school system for over 20 years, most recently as the Supervisor of Health Services for the Wayne Township Public School District. She died on May 29.
The Board of Education announced that, in partnership with the Koransky family, a scholarship will be created in her honor, and be awarded annually to a Wayne graduate pursuing a career in nursing.
