ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Anne Arundel County Public Schools announced Wednesday that it will resume in-person Board of Education meetings next month. The first in-person meeting will be on Oct. 7.
Though board members can meet in-person, the general public cannot. The meetings will still be closed to county residents to uphold social distancing, the school system said in a press release.
The meetings will still be viewable live on AACPS-TV and the school board’s YouTube channel. Stakeholders can still submit written comments. The board also wants to allow oral comments from its virtual audience, but it is still
